Hydraulic workshop press with mobile cylinder

Two-column hydraulic workshop press

A new hydraulic workshop press with mobile cylinder, model PFC 100 MC, is prepared for shipment. This robust H-Frame hydraulic press features a monolithic structure, ensuring exceptional stability and resistance to stress.

This powerful machine develops a force of 100 tons, making it suitable for a wide range of tasks within a mechanical workshop. Its fully milled work surface is equipped with T-slots, allowing for the secure attachment of molds or other tooling.

The cylinder offers an approach speed of 22 mm/sec and a working speed of 3 mm/sec, providing both efficiency and control. A key feature is the mobile hydraulic piston, adjustable via a convenient handwheel. This functionality enables easy and precise positioning over the desired work point, eliminating the need to move the material itself.

Operation of the hydraulic workshop press with mobile cylinder, model PFC 100 MC, requires the simultaneous use of a lever and a button, adhering to current safety regulations.

The PFC hydraulic press is a versatile tool ideal for various jobs within a mechanical workshop, including the efficient dismantling of solid forklift tires. It can also be effectively used for straightening sheet metal, assembling and disassembling bearings, bolts, and washers, as well as performing molding or material deformation work.

The frame of this double column press is constructed from fully welded milled steel. This robust construction, combined with the press’s monolithic structure, makes this model exceptionally solid and resistant to even the most severe mechanical stress. The PFC hydraulic press is therefore perfectly suited for intensive use in both mechanical workshops and the demanding production cycles of industrial plants.

The large front opening of the press allows for the easy placement of long or wide workpieces, enhancing its versatility.

The work surface of the PFC hydraulic workshop press features a hollow design, facilitating the processing of material at height. A work support surface is available as optional equipment for added convenience. This adaptable hydraulic workshop press is a valuable asset for various metalworking needs.
