Hydraulic stamping presses

Presse idrauliche da stampaggio

Two more brand-new hydraulic stamping presses are finished and prepared for shipment.

These include a PST 70 A model, which is a 2-column hydraulic workshop press. The other is a PCL 40 A model, a 40-ton c-frame press.

Both machines feature a timer. This allows manual adjustment of the hydraulic cylinder’s contact duration with the lower table. This characteristic proves especially significant for sheet metal stamping and other material forming. It enables the workpiece to deform and gradually yield over a set time.

Typically, a pressure switch that manages the maximum operating pressure is always installed alongside the timer.

Both hydraulic presses incorporate end-of-stroke sensors. These sensors facilitate the adjustment of the cylinder stroke’s upper and lower limits.

Upon the customer’s request, we applied a light blue paint finish to both presses.
