H-Frame hydraulic pipe straightening presses

Two newly manufactured H-frame hydraulic pipe straightening presses are now ready for deployment. These substantial machines each deliver a powerful 150 tons of force, ensuring efficient and precise straightening of pipes and other materials. A key safety feature of these presses is the inclusion of a specialized vertically sliding metal protection system.

During the active pressing phases, these robust guards remain securely lowered, creating a barrier between the operator and the moving parts. An integrated safety mechanism ensures that if these protective barriers are inadvertently raised while the main hydraulic cylinder is descending, the electro-hydraulic press will immediately halt its operation. This crucial feature prioritizes operator safety and prevents potential accidents within the workshop environment.

These advanced PFC 150 press models are also equipped with a meticulously crafted, fully machined lower bed. This robust component is securely bolted to the main press frame, providing a stable and reliable foundation for demanding straightening tasks. Furthermore, our engineering team has developed a specialized punch based directly on the customer’s unique design specifications. This custom tooling will be utilized by operators to effectively deform both sheet metal components and various types of tubes with precision and control.

To enhance the operational environment and improve visibility, we have strategically installed two high-intensity spotlights on the columns of each hydraulic press. These lights effectively illuminate the work area, significantly simplifying the operator’s ability to closely monitor the progress and quality of the work being performed. This improved illumination contributes to greater accuracy and reduced operator fatigue during extended use.

Both H-frame hydraulic pipe straightening presses are equipped with a sophisticated digital control system. This advanced system incorporates precise cylinder stroke reading through an encoder and accurate pressure monitoring via a pressure transducer. This digital interface provides operators with real-time feedback and allows for fine-tuned adjustments to the pressing parameters, ensuring optimal results for a wide range of applications.

The main structural frame of this double column press is constructed from fully welded and precisely machined steel. This robust construction method, coupled with the monolithic design of the press structure, results in an exceptionally solid and durable machine. This inherent strength provides remarkable resistance to even the most severe mechanical stresses encountered during heavy-duty industrial operations. Consequently, the PFC hydraulic press is ideally suited for intensive and continuous use in demanding mechanical workshops as well as within the rigorous production cycles of various industrial plants.

The generously sized front opening of the press is a significant advantage, allowing for the easy and convenient placement of workpieces, even those that are particularly long or wide. This design feature enhances the versatility of the press and accommodates a broader range of material sizes and shapes.

The work surface of the PFC hydraulic workshop press features a recessed or hollow design. This allows for the efficient processing of materials at an elevated height, improving ergonomics and material handling. While the recessed surface is standard, a dedicated work support surface is available as an optional accessory, providing additional flexibility for specific application requirements.
