Double column hydraulic molding presses

Presse idrauliche a doppia colonna per stampaggio

The initial shipment of four identical 70-ton double column hydraulic molding presses is complete and will soon be transported to our customer’s facility in Northern Italy. These presses are destined for use in a plant specializing in the production of watchmaking components, demanding precision and reliability.

Each of these hydraulic molding presses has been specifically tailored to the client’s needs. A key customization is the inclusion of an opening rear net fitted with safety sensors. This critical safety feature ensures that any opening of the net during the operating cycle immediately halts the electro-hydraulic press, prioritizing operator well-being.

Another significant modification is the enlarged upper mobile table, measuring 700 x 500mm. This provides a considerably larger working area compared to the standard 700 x 350mm table, offering greater flexibility for handling various molding tasks.

These double column hydraulic molding presses are also equipped with a bottom side lock valve. This specialized valve plays a vital role in maintaining a consistent pressure level within the cylinder for the entire duration of the set pressing time. This ensures uniform and accurate molding of delicate watchmaking components.

All operational parameters for these hydraulic presses can be easily and accurately configured using the integrated Siemens KTP 700 Basic digital screen, offering a user-friendly interface for precise control.

The cylinder features an approach speed of 24 mm/sec and a controlled working speed of 5 mm/sec, balancing efficiency and precision for intricate molding operations.

Finally, the operation of each hydraulic press is controlled through the use of double buttons, adhering to stringent safety regulations and requiring simultaneous activation for machine operation. These customized double column hydraulic molding presses are ready to contribute to the efficient and precise production of high-quality watchmaking components.
