Custom hydraulic workshop presses
Below we introduce some of the hydraulic presses for mechanical workshops created for special applications upon request of our customers.

hydraulic press for solid forklift tires
This hydraulic press features a single-piece (monolithic) structure and is specifically designed for the replacement of solid tires.
This type of tire finds application on a broad spectrum of machinery, including forklifts, tractors, excavators, pressure washers, sweepers, forestry and construction equipment, as well as various types of workshop machinery.
The PFC hydraulic press can be manufactured in a range of force capacities, determined by the diameter of the solid tire to be replaced:
- 100 tons: for tires up to 15 inches.
- 150 tons: for tires ranging from 16 to 20 inches.
- 200 tons: for tires ranging from 21 to 24 inches.
- 300 tons: for tires ranging from 25 to 30 inches.
The work surface has a height of 610mm from the ground, and the distance between the upper and lower surfaces is 1000mm.
A flange is integrated onto the cylinder rod to facilitate the attachment of molds used for changing solid tires.

hydraulic press for tube deformation
This hydraulic press is engineered for the deformation of large diameter metal pipes.
This mechanical workshop press is equipped with a hydraulic cylinder featuring a 500mm stroke and generates a force of 500 tons.
The metal tube to be flattened is positioned on a 1200x1200mm work surface.
The hydraulic press incorporates front safety nets fitted with safety sensors. These sensors immediately halt the pressing operation of the machine if the nets are detected as being opened during the press’s processing phases.

hydraulic press for large valves and screws
This hydraulic workshop press is engineered for assembling valves and fastening large screws.
This hydraulic press incorporates electromechanically interlocked gates linked to the machine’s software. The operator can only open the doors and perform tightening tasks on the partially pressurized workpiece under specific safety and pressing conditions.
The PST 150 electro-hydraulic press features customized digital control for managing the production cycle, offering the flexibility to modify parameters according to your specific requirements.
The hydraulic control unit is positioned in the upper section of the press structure to optimize space utilization within the mechanical workshop.

Hydraulic workshop press for cardboard packaging
This hydraulic press for mechanical workshops was specifically created for a box factory to compress cardboard packaging. The customer’s requirement was to compact newly produced cardboard and decrease its volume for efficient warehousing and transportation.
The hydraulic press features two machined work surfaces, each measuring 600x600mm, with a maximum vertical separation of 1000mm.
The lower work platform has adjustable height and can be moved by attaching it to the main cylinder using specialized chains.
Operation of this mechanical workshop press requires the simultaneous engagement of dual buttons. It is also equipped with hydraulic cylinder stop sensors that control its stroke.
