Below are presented as examples some of the hydraulic presses for sheet metal bending designed upon request of our customers.

The PDL 1000 hydraulic press was developed following a specific request from a client in the Chinese market. Their requirement was to form bends on sheet metal with a substantial thickness of 100mm.
To manipulate this exceptionally thick sheet metal, the electro-hydraulic press was outfitted with two hydraulic cylinders. Each of these cylinders generates a force of 500 tons.
The bending punch is affixed to the two hydraulic cylinders. During the pressing stages, this punch deforms the sheet metal in alignment with the broad channel machined into the work surface.
The PDL 1000 mechanical workshop press incorporates dual button controls and sensors for adjusting the cylinder’s travel.
Furthermore, it is equipped with a dial for controlling the pressure.

The PDL 600 hydraulic press enables the forming of sheet metal with a maximum thickness of 60mm to produce curves on the metal workpiece.
This machine is furnished with two hydraulic cylinders, each applying a pressure force of 300 tons.
This hydraulic press includes four supports for the placement of the metal sheet intended for deformation.
The PDL 600 mechanical workshop press features dual button controls, sensors for adjusting the travel of the cylinders, and a dial for controlling the pressure.
