It features an 800mm throat depth, enabling the placement of larger metal plates than the standard PCR 150 hydraulic gooseneck press model typically accommodates.
The increased throat depth of this hydraulic press necessitated a reinforcement and upsizing of the entire metal framework of the machine. This structural enhancement ensures its resilience against stress when handling larger workpieces.
The work surface is fully milled and incorporates T-slots, allowing for the attachment of supplementary equipment for pressing applications. The metal piece support platform measures 1000 x 900mm, providing ample area for various sheet metal sizes.
The hydraulic power unit operates at two speeds. The cylinder has a descent speed of 9 mm/sec and a working speed of 4 mm/sec, offering a balance of efficiency and control during the straightening process.
