This is a double column hydraulic press, model PST, which develops a substantial power of 150 tons. This robust machine is engineered for demanding forming tasks.
Upon the customer’s request, the machine features a powerful 11 kW hydraulic power unit. This unit achieves a rapid cylinder descent speed of 37 mm/sec and a precise working speed of 5 mm/sec. This ensures both efficient operation and accurate forming results.
The upper table glides smoothly on four guides. This design allows for a homogeneous and linear descent of the table. Consequently, it enables optimal molding of the material being pressed. This ensures consistent and high-quality deformation.
The lower platform is equipped with T-slots. These slots provide a secure and versatile system for fixing the molds. This ensures accurate alignment and stability during the deformation process.
This hydraulic press for sheet metal deformation incorporates an air/oil heat exchanger. This crucial component prevents the hydraulic power unit from overheating. It also allows the hydraulic circuit to operate at its best, ensuring consistent performance and longevity.
The cylinder stroke is precisely adjusted using microswitches. These enable the setting of the maximum ascent point and the minimum descent point of the main cylinder. This adjustability caters to a wide range of deformation tasks.
The hydraulic press operates with enhanced safety. It requires the use of double buttons. This ensures that the operator’s hands are safely positioned during operation. The machine also features the automatic lifting of the cylinder at the end of each pressing cycle, streamlining the workflow.
For added safety, the machine is equipped with a fixed protection net at the rear. This helps to contain any potential hazards during operation.
The press is finished in RAL 1013, a light ivory color, as specifically requested by the customer. This attention to detail ensures customer satisfaction.
