This user-friendly two-column hydraulic molding press is operated through the simultaneous engagement of double buttons, prioritizing operator safety. It offers dual operational modes: manual and automatic. The automatic mode enhances productivity by automatically lifting the cylinder both when the operator releases the double buttons during the descent and each time the cylinder reaches the lower limit switch sensor, streamlining repetitive tasks.
The mobile upper platen is equipped with two self-lubricating guides as standard – a feature ensuring smooth and precise movement for presses up to 200 tons.
